HOLD — Ride the Urge · Effective July 12, 2026
Your urges are your business. Everything you record in HOLD — rides, categories, insteads, notes — stays on your device. We run no servers, require no account, and collect no analytics.
Nothing. HOLD has no account system, no tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics of any kind. We never see your data.
This data lives only in the app's local storage. Deleting the app deletes it. You can export it at any time, free, whether or not you subscribe.
HOLD+ subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details, names, or addresses. Apple's handling of that data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
A future version may offer optional iCloud sync. If you turn it on, your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted by Apple, and never visible to us. It will be off by default.
HOLD is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect nothing, no personal information from anyone — child or adult — is ever transmitted to us.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
